Our Booking Process

Wondering how to book a safari? Here’s how it works, start to finish.

1. Once you’ve looked through our journeys and have an idea of what you want, reach out to us with your preferred package — ready-made or custom — along with your desired dates and group size.
2. We’ll work with you to discuss options and suggestions until we find the right plan, by message, call, or email — whichever is easiest for you.
3. We check availability for the tour schedule and accommodation. If everything’s available, we make provisional bookings; if not, we send alternatives. Once you approve, we finalise the reservation.
4. We send payment details and an invoice for the deposit. The deposit is 10% for camping safaris, 35% for lodging safaris, and may be higher for luxury or custom itineraries.
5. Once we receive your deposit, we send confirmation of your booking.
