Fly-In Safaris
Tanzania's parks are scattered across a large country. Flying in means you start the game drive the same day you arrive, and can fly out to the coast or a city afterwards instead of retracing the road.
Scheduled charter flights run daily on popular routes (some on a two-seat-minimum inducement basis), or a private charter can be hired for your group.
Used well, a fly-in replaces the return leg of a drive — from Ngorongoro to the Serengeti by road, then straight out of the Serengeti to Zanzibar by air, instead of retracing the drive back through Arusha.
You can depart from Zanzibar, Dar es Salaam, Kilimanjaro Airport, Arusha, or Mwanza, or hop directly from park to park.

A first conversation takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing. You will speak with the person who designs the route, not a call centre.
