Treetop Walkway

Treetop Walkway

A 370-metre run of nine suspension bridges through the Lake Manyara groundwater forest canopy, up to 18 metres above the ground — blue monkey, baboon, and the Silvery-cheeked Hornbill at eye level instead of below the vehicle.

Your guide leads the walk from ground level up into the canopy, crossing nine bridges to viewing platforms built around mature trees, with commentary on the forest ecosystem, medicinal plants, and birdlife along the way. It takes 30–60 minutes, and sits right at the park entrance — a natural add-on before or after a game drive.

Tell us when you can leave, and we will do the rest.

A first conversation takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing. You will speak with the person who designs the route, not a call centre.
